Starting as a Medicare agent in 2009 I realized that people who are turning 65 and going into their initial enrollment period (IEP) in Medicare, needed guidance and personal attention when researching information about this massive federal government insurance program. I also learned that being a consultant for many years to clients who needed information about constant changes in Medicare was equally important.
